This policy explains how EthicLens, S.L. processes personal data collected through the EthicLens priority-access form.

Data we collect

Name, organisation, country, email address, selected language, and the record of your acceptance of this policy. We do not collect special-category data through this form.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to manage the priority-access list and contact you when access to the EthicLens test platform is available. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

Retention

We keep your data until the product launches. They will then be deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to retain them.

Recipients and international transfers

Your data are hosted and processed using EthicLens-owned email and database infrastructure. We do not disclose them to third parties or make international transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Automated decisions

We do not carry out profiling or automated decisions based on these data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by writing to lopd@ethiclens.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
